People Suck: Flower Thief

On Friday Amy bought a bunch of flowers. On Saturday she planted them outside our apartment. On Sunday we went to J. J. Byrne Park (to be re-renamed back to "Washington Park" in the near future) with Julia and Lynne. We left at 1:39, and I took some pictures of Amy's handiwork. |

When we returned at 3:59, we were shocked to see that someone had dug up and stolen two of the dahlias. |

Next time, plant poison ivy.
Someone dug up and stole potted flowers here about a year ago, too. There was a trail of dirt from the pot to the curb! They must have run out of their car dug up the flowers, ran into their car and dashed off. I don't understand who owns a car and steals a couple of pansies...
A similar thing happened to me last week but on a much bigger scale. Having spent $600 on new plants, I went away on vacation only to return to an empty garden, some low life thief had stolen the lot. Not an happy chap to say the least
