Then I discovered my password was no longer recognized and I couldn't login, despite the "hint" confirming I knew the password.</p> <p>I followed the steps outlined at the apple.com link above and they solved my problem.</p> Since I googled this following my situation I wanted to report that the above apple.com link solved my problem which had different criteria.
