I have taken back my Iphone because it got wet and the screen went funny. And also another time it needed to be repaired, not exactly sure why. But on both times Applecare made sure they were fixed by a mechanic/repairer at no extra cost. And even though these were covered in my guarantee, it was still good to be treated good.
